Shipping

Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all items are ready for shipment within approximately 21 days.

Delivery time after shipment is 3–5 business days.
Please note that we have no control over delivery times once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Claims & Defective Items

If an item is defective, please contact us by email at info@viking-samurai.com and include a description of the defect along with a clear photo showing the issue.

In most cases, the issue can be resolved immediately after reviewing the photo.

If the defect cannot be resolved via email, the defective item must be returned for inspection.
Returns must be insured and include tracking. The return shipping costs must initially be covered by the customer. After inspection of the defective item, the return shipping costs will be refunded.
